... respond to your concerns , I really felt hell while working in this company . Salary part also they will trick you , HRs speaks diplomatically and professionally but they have crooked minds . Be careful , if you have other offers in hand pls prefer other company .

See it totally depends on the clients u get. From what I see from Harman side pay is not upto the mark but job security no one can match them The Manager is good and the management is supportive

They provide grate pay. Employee friendly policies and lot of Benifits and goodies.. Great work culture. Friendly people.

Dislikes

They will hire you for trending skills and ask you to work on Legecy technologies. No scope of upskilling. Don't join if you would like to work on something through which you can learn.

It all depends on your project and manager. For me it was like the best days. Learning was very less but very less work. Totally flexible.

Pay is very less if you continue to work for longer duration. No market standard hike given.

1. No hike/Increment last 2 years, salary cut during corona, 2. No meetings with manager last 6months bcz busy with personal work. 3. No retains even if client gives good review( client promoted next level )
