Don't join with purchase dept. Idiot boss(fool) and he having lady mouth. After joining of my 2day, he told 15 days in a month you should stayed in hosur, balance 15 days you need to spend with supplier and take two houses for rent. One for hosur and another one for supplier visit at chennai ( at that time i feel chinna veedu extra he will provide me) .Free advice don't join in purchase dept. If you are join this dept, you forget your family and happiness.

This TVs group of company any they working culture also TVs way ,the company is more innovative and creative to new technology of PU .

The company is very decent and more politics with heads .so growth is moderate .

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products..company is TPM Base company. So lot of think, I learn from this company..all department colleagues are very supportive and always taking care of their juniors....

They are working 90% of worker working in cantract labor. They not giving the equal respect between CL and permanent worker. There is no devolepment . They giving transport fecility only permanent employee not a tempervery workers.
