Worst management There is no salary deduction policy PF amount Both employee and employer share will deduct from employees salary only No on time increament No transportation or accomodation to staff 3 persons work load is given to 1 person

Company culture was awesome and top level management system was good.

1.Middle level management culture was awesome but don't have perfect knowledge about products and solutions and don't have good interaction with lower level and as well as customers & dealers.
