Likes

The company is a public limited company but owned by family. The work was normal and the pay was average.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but there is no growth. The boss never appreciates your work. The work culture is very poor. You cannot go home without permission of boss even if you have no pending work. The boss can call you even on Sundays for just 10 mins of work and you cannot refuse. There are no public hoildays except Holi.
