There is a lot of understanding and co operation amongst the entire team and management. Weekly training about both food and beverage was always conducted. Different types off selling techniques were also thought which made selling products very easy.

Wrong hires happen at times, and letting them go becomes a challenge. Comparison with colleagues are at peak, which makes you feel like you are in School.
