Some employees in the production department, who have been with the company for over 15 years, refuse to accept responsibility for their mistakes and may even shift blame onto others, causing unnecessary trouble. It's advisable to be cautious around them to avoid any complications.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is good. Company policies are good.

There are lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is good but career growth is slow

This is the best company I have ever worked for. Directors are very good and visionary. There is so much to learn there if you are in starting phase of of your career. Friendly colleagues.

There are many thinks to dislike. 1. Person at manager level creates such environment so that the person leaves the company. 2. Not good for technical person, best for non technical person. 3. Interfere in others personal life rather then doing work. 4. No motivation , No appreciation, toxic policies & HR never responds once you left the organization. 5. People with no work are appreciated and promoted.
