Nothing great, as a fresher you can learn a lot because of 18hrs work per day.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No work-life balance. As per the company people, job is your first and last thing in Ur life, forget sleep and family. Managers torture in the name of motivation and advice. Zero rewards. They deduct the salary on all possible ways.
