Target based company, no engineering work. 100% out sourcing based company, only work for engineer is to payment follow up and target full fill. No EPC work. Only inflow of payment. No engineer in the engineering team. No engineering department, no HOD, ..its a hell...

Dislikes

No extra benefit except salary. Salary will credit timely. No holiday, no TA, no leave encashment. All time site expenses rupees will deposite at the company account. Settlement process is too much delaying. Personally I ll not recommend anyone for harbauer.

1. Working environment and togetherness of employees. 2. Timely disbursement of salary in each month. 3. Organizing annual gathering of professionals that takes place in outdoor settings rather than traditional indoor venues like conference room, etc. Such meetings leverage benefits of natural surroundings and open spaces to provide a unique and refreshing environment for discussions and assessment, boost well-being, create more relaxed and informal atmosphere conducive to meaningful interactions. 4. Weekly performance evaluation of employees based on weekly forward diary. 5. Celebration of birthday and work anniversary of each employee. 6. Organizing inhouse quiz contest occasionally.

I have been working at Harbauer India for some time now and I can confidently say that the work culture here is exceptional. The company provides ample opportunities for learning and professional growth. The HR Team is very supportive and efficient in resolving any issues that may arise. Interdepartmental collaboration is seamless and the teams are well-built. Harbaur India is a highly professional company that truly values its employees and their contributions.

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about working here. However, I believe there could be improvement in enhancing communication regarding company-wide updates.

Their is nothing to like about this organization the HR department is the worse here they always look to extract money from employees by showing different legal side of the company .Very small organization no scope growth of any employee rather you will loose your own skills and knowledge .

The Company is of the scam that is going in the market . They take money rather calculate money on the time they have invested in shortlisting your resume. They try different ways to extract money from the employee. All the reviews were done by paid reviewer that is the reason everyone is giving 5 star to the company. No really knowledge to gain in this company rather you will loose your own skill set and knowledge once you join this company . They will say that you will working from office but made you travel through out .

The work environment is excellent as all the employees are very cooperative. And one can maintain work-life balance very well here for the unique Company policies that are currently there.
