I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Likes

This company works on air tickets & hotel. Team meats are very good helpfull and sopportive. Work environment is good. You can balance work life. There is no job security.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low & growth also slow. I have to extend my work hours when need to company but I get half an hour let then company deduct half day salary.

Only manager Jatin arora He is soft spoken and concern about agents No one else Even all others dont know how to speak employees and expect from us that we should speak in manners to customer If the environment will not cool how the employee handles customers in cool manner That is the reason Heg cs team is worst
