...pgraded myself personally & professionally 3. Been there for more than 4 years., Had taken a break - company allowed me to rejoin during covid times and never cut salary 4. Flexible hours., as sales we are not required to be in office. Monday it is kinda of important so that reviews and strategy can be planned. 5. Salary always paid on last day of the month or first day of the next month. 6. one of the best senior mgmt you can ever get. 7. SAP implemented was best call - helps overall goodness and smooth working.

Dislikes

Sales team targets need to be aggressive and we need more support from operations as demand is more than what we can deliver. Factory of 1 lakh sqaure feet - may be need one more factory.

Nothing to like 1. Worst management 2. Worst culture 3. No timings 4 No values 5 No Variable pay 6 No Increament 7 I have a long list .. can't explain here Overall completely Lala ...they just don't want professionals ...Such a worst culture ....No respect at all.

Good Devlopment in carrier Great Guidance from CEO and Chief of Staff will always help when in trouble. Great Office & Staff Has given me a lot of opportunities at a very young age, can explore tremendous opportunities irrespective of your position in the company all good ideas are welcomed and appreciated.

Very flexible., Can always reach to the management for suggestions and feedbacks. Never ever faced any issues overall.. Ver happy been there for more than 30 months.
