Minimum work life balance. Promotions, appraisal, salary and benefits are not upto the mark and does not match with the work you do

...ronment and Culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus Every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The management has taken the standard steps to recover from the pandemic. But the steps involve the usual layoffs and pay cuts. This is intolerable to many employees who have given their time and value to Happay. There is no support during lockdown with every employee having to fend for themselves.

Dislikes

In terms of learning, I was lucky enough to experience various roles withing Happay. Overall, one might have to ask aggressively to advance their careers at Happay. Innovation has stagnated with ideas to survive being the only ultimatum of work. Work-life balance is not proper at all with employees being forced to go the extra-mile everyday to cater to incumbent clients and lackadaisical backend support.

Nothing, don't join here! If your friends recommend you or so they are telling you about the old Happay or they just want referral bonus. You can not trust anyone here, even the silliest things can be moulded and twisted to something really mean, like in daily soaps. You enjoy daily soaps. Welcome onboard!!!

Dislikes

Let me make points for you from the never ending list: 1) Hell lot of pressure 2)No job security, well because they are start up even after 10+ years 3) No growth: you learn from other companies you stay here and just do the same work daily 4) Poor leaders: they will throw you under the bus for everything and anything 5)Cheap: Resigning employees are expected to return laptops and all at their own expense, irrelevant the distance. 6) No hikes: Ask anyone all cry about it 7)People do shout on each other like they own them trust me 8) You are thrown into the sea to drown, how you survive is on your own 9)No learning curve: no next steps nothing The list is super vast but I hope I gave you the gist of it.

This company give you an opportunity to learn new new things as you interact with clients.

Dislikes

Operations team management managers are unprofessional and politically involve in company politics. Manager are biased towards their friends and corner others. If you want to grow in Happay you will have to be first bosses slave and their friends.
