Good work environment. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and good salary hike and bonus every year. Management treating employees so good. I didn't feel any politics in management, Hapag giving more opportunities to career growth.

Mostly like Hapag service, this is not a dislike comments, we just request we need transportation facility much better.

You can't expect better salary. The workload will be high for new users and the senior will not help if they asked. Most of the senior will not work properly, they know how to achieve target by using tricks and fake counts. You wouldn't recognise by anyone even though you're working hard. The real issue is salary for new joinee the will mention 16k but you will receive 12k in your account. Every month you will find some deduction in your salary, if you asked the HR they won't respond properly.

Apart from the yearly bonus which is also subjective to terms and conditions there isn't much to like here

Terrible management, reporting managers know less about shipping than the new comers. No possibility of future growth unless you can suck up to management

As the company provide average package .u have to face lot of provoking from seniors and then wil challenge you as u can't take any decision against them. Cause company supports them.so if u need a average package and ready to face abusing then U could choose this company

work culture is very good and healthy.. there are no office politics. salary is decent amount, but other benefits like bonuses and parties makes this more attractive.

growth process is very slow. needs to appriciate all employees.
