Good thing about is I got salary on time. Also, there are only 3-4 workers who truly help you if you have questions.

Dislikes

1. There is bond of particular months and before which you cannot resign if you do then there is adverse mark on experience certificate. 2. The job training is not given to new trainee. 3. Theoretically Weekly off is sunday but if electricity cut off on Friday or any day (e.g if electricity cut off at morning 10 o'clock and not come by 11-12 then the company owner decides it's half day) then they send us home and ask us come on Sunday or not it's upto company owner. 4. We don't have any authority to make any decision. 5. Even if you are design engineer they not give us WORK FROM HOME during covid situation.
