Don't join Hansa, No job security, not good culture only politics, I think this company is only for politicians. I wast my 1.6 years in this company. they do not support lots of employees in this Covide 19 situation.

No job security, They fallow old process does not improve any process, lots of politics, no any innovation in work just fallow management thinking so no matter you agree or not.

Very good exposure on new initiative, encouragement for innovative ideas. streamline and transparent performance culture. Excellent growth opportunity. Support for employees health, safety and well being.

Bad experience. Lots of politics and no value for hard work. Too much on email ettiquettes. No job security. All non performers are in the good books of the CEO and the COO. HR head has no sense of work application. Always trying to play safe by favouring the management and no concern for employees' issues. Really bad place to work.

They are only good in playing politics. No concern for the employees. One can really spoil their career over here. Has no business strategies. Most of the times engaged in resolving and dealing with court cases. No ethics.

Loads to learn at Hansa. Really need to work hard.Good opportunity given to prove yourself.Appreciation given to employees on the basis of their effort.

join this company only if you do not have earning sources or you are job less and having lot of responsibilities. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY IF YOU ALREADY HAVE STABLE JOB.

Mediocre senior leadership Lot of people value less--- work to pamper bosses. Not to learn & earn with pride Owner & CEO is whimsical and extremely moody, literally abuses people without understanding one of lot of proprietorial organization - rather worst of the lost A great resistance to change , not a good company at all to work.
