Facts: Salary between 10 to 12 of every month Skilled people are not valued. Strict working, you cannot go out for taking snacks, at evening. They don't even have snacks at office. Old mindset manager Manager always speaks lies, every now and then. They gave work one after another, even if it's time to go home just half an hour before the work. It's sometimes feel like you are doing labour work. They don't want to give holiday. They don't even use Github, they share the full project through IP messenger They are using old tech stacks. JSF and PrimeFace. I many times forced them to use Github, but they didn't care. Very Low potential for career growth. Sometimes they give you unnecessary work. Very Low salary for one year experienced
