The work timings and flexibility for admin staff. There is a lot of work-life balance and you are able to contribute significantly to work because of this. The opportunity to interact with people from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds and also sometimes, being included and involved in a lot of clinical environments which is a great learning opportunity.

Dislikes

Lack of career progression and consistent salary upgrade. Very little structured learning & development and, performance management is still in its infancy.

Salary difference for local contract and overseas contract.all r doing same job.no ticket,no housing allowance....nothing .20 yrs I worked there. I was getting only basic salary and transportation. I spent almost half of my life there.
