in india working for halliburton there is no skill development , the compensation is very bad ,no job security ,career growth is not there accept for the management

The higher management asked for my Senior to find a fault during work so taking that point into consideration they can Terminate me.In India the Halliburton management is very bad .There was one guy who committed suicide. because of the managment

Company culture and safety is great. Your whole salary and bonus will depend on the contract with the client.if its a good contract you will get rotation even if you work in the base, Offshore bonus is low compared to other peer companies.
