... letter also they will not provide you the experience certificate and also they are deducting 25% of your salary every month

Dislikes

Guys don't come here, they have hidden charges. For example if your in-hand salary is 20,000 INR then after one month when the salary comes then they will deduct 25 % from your salary and they are also charging extra amount for room rent. This company will not provide you offer letter or call letter and joining letter as well as they will not provide you experience certificate also. Here the management is so bad they will always use abusive words and abuse you daily. Also working time will be some times 10- 16 hours and you don't even get overtime payment.

Everything is the worst, one CFO is very unprofessional, and MD and director never come to office in my career last 1 years MD, director not come a single days also CFO cum genaral manager are totally unprofessional and unethical person if a wrote to this company may be possible to take 2 to 3 hours about company unprofessional think my position is unit Head except above mentioned non is above me , just you think how much metals pressure on 2 years experience engineer
