Good skill matric n development initiatives help learn n grow from Top to Bottom level. There are cases workers who grow up Supervisor or Executive level and Executive leave employees level employees grow up at Section Incharge or HOD level. And they are working successfully from last 2 to 5 years in new higher role.

There is nothing to say dislike about company for Jr level. For Sr level , some delay in decision making for business proposal can be concern.

Here believe in give opportunity to grow with good learning opportunities and leadership skill development. Company has best HR policies and accessible thru online portal to all employees. Company has expanded his manufacturing capacity in April22 and have further expansion plan in 2023 to increase capacity by 20%.

The work pressure is vary high sometimes but NPD training for freshers no provided. Hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step.

Very bad experience. Two times interviewer did not turn up for interview for Head Finance position. No prior intimation of cancellation. Its good that the company disclosed culture even before interview. Whatever happens happens for good. Saved.
