All the out late managers are not fully trained and there way of talking to there employs also not good , they always assume that I am right every time and he or she is always wrong the manager eat without any permission and say no one can eat food from pantry even the salary will also not pay at time to time they pay 2-3 month salary at a time . even there software also not working properly there thump and there bio matric machine is also not work properly and the no one can complain to our head of the department.

I m writing this one after 8 months of experience... wherever company is concern it is gud but ASM VASANT KUMAR IS PUT THE UN MANNERLESS PRESSURE AND speak RUTHLESS WITH SALES OFFICER WHICH HE HIMSELF DOESN'T KNOW THE BASE TARGET OF FINANCIAL YEAR NEITHER HE SHARE IF ASKED.NO BODY WILL COME HELP IF THERE IS ANY PBM PERSISTS.HE WORKS IN THE MY DWD HEAD QTR WITH ANOTHER SALES OFFICER OF TOWN..AND TAKE APPRECIATION FROM HIS BOSSES WHICH IS NOT GUD ANY WORKING GUY .HE WILL TELL I WILL SHARE U..BUT HE DIDN'T..AND ASM IS THE ONE OF THE WORST MANAGER I EVER SEEN IN 13 YRS OF MY EXPERIENCE...I RECOMMEND people to not to join in this company in his vasant kumar leadership of territory He asks only resignation letter if u not done targets..if we not any done targets means there may be a shorts fall of product availability also na...but A.S.M never think abt it asks only the resignation letter from us . n WHEN HE ASKS THE CHIPS TARGET WE HVE TO DO..HE WILL NOT THINK ABT THE Distributor perspective or market possibility just to do chips target.. company gves the monthly targets to him or day targets to one only to him....idiot fellow ...in my 13 YRS of experience no body asks resignation letter from me bcoz i maintained that kind of gud n excellent reputation with work and company.. it is one of bad experience with haldiram in my life

Salary waz not on rite time i received salary up from 7 to 13 of month..make sure it will hpn on fixed date of month.. no product training o..r no factory visiting to employees..we are the guys who mouth to mouth advertise in markets Give some respect to SALES OFFICER BCOZ THEY ARE HANDLING THE TERRITORY NOT ANY ASM OR ANY RBM*S...

my salary for october has not come When I send a msg nd call to kk Goyal sir, he does not answer And we were left from the job without informing , it happens that after 2-4 months work was done and left.

...afeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every 6 months

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years.on the job training is not given to new joiness
