The work culture and work timings are terrible. Salary compensation is on the lower side. There is no arrangement for skill development or product training. Work pressure is very high as you have to work for 12-18 hrs a day and even on Sunday. Apprasail and appreciation is not provided for motivation and sometimes it becomes a pain and you want to runaway for the whole setup.

I have been working here for 3 years, I got to learn a lot here and if any work is done in a systematic company, it is a complete process, if work is done through system then employee and company get benefit.Miltaha is there and we have a very good relationship with the management. While working, we feel as if we are working at home and not in the company.

It is quite place to work in the company. The best part is that if you are working there you get a chance to intract with the wide range of people. So you do not feel bored. Another best part is that company provide providential fund services also medical emergency services. Also the behaviour of employees very good.

There is nothing special to mention about good things in this company. I just wasted my 7 years in there.

This company have there out of this world own rules & regulations. No holidays, only four week off you have, If Any circumstances like boiler break down or anything else will happen department will shut down and worker have no work no pay situation and it is common, No gratuity is there, salary date is in between 21st to 28th of every month.In one word this is not a company it's a grocery shop.
