The only positive thing is salary gets credited on the 1st of every month.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Work culture is very bad, lack of knowledge sharing, Managers decision making is not at all good. Increment is very low in comparison to industry standards . Brotherhood culture all over the plant.
