... by giving you 2-3 positions hike but trust me it hardly creates any difference. You won't be able to justify a package of 5.5LPA at a position of Dy. Manager. Good point is you can enhance your presentation skills here if you're in REF Factory. My clear advice is to you is don't spend much time here because though it sounds like a OEM but in actual it us way poor than a vendor company. People here are pressured and forced to a level where they've to leave job without having another job in hand. Can't recommend to anyone, yes if you're jobless right now you can go for it. But don't fall in the trap.

At first Haier shows EMC part of salary then they uses to calculate as per their understanding & calculations. Later you will realise that you beaver had get that amount which was mentioned in your offered letter.

When we go to work, we want to know that our jobs are safe and that we are valued by management. If you are the manager of a team of employees (or the owner of a business), it’s important to understand that people want to feel safe and secure. It is going to be very hard for your employees to do their best work if they have to worry and stress about the future of their job.

Hate, hectic, no life only work, no job security, no personal life, salary poor structure. You can' t work in this culture in which no any firm .

... policies are well established. SOPs are made for each and every minute process. Though work life balance is poor, extra pay cheques in form of performance incentives are too good. Job security is anyway not a criteria for evaluation of any private company.

Work- life balance is a major challenge. Average time spent in office is 10-12 hrs a day irrespective of work load. This is also supervisor dependant. If this is corrected, then company don't have any flaws as such.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a no satisfied compensation for the technical responsibility.
