Their evaluation system which consist of 30% of salary is simply bogus... they try to find ways to ensure that the person does not perform in all Quarters there by reducing the chances of increment and promotions

... by giving you 2-3 positions hike but trust me it hardly creates any difference. You won't be able to justify a package of 5.5LPA at a position of Dy. Manager. Good point is you can enhance your presentation skills here if you're in REF Factory. My clear advice is to you is don't spend much time here because though it sounds like a OEM but in actual it us way poor than a vendor company. People here are pressured and forced to a level where they've to leave job without having another job in hand. Can't recommend to anyone, yes if you're jobless right now you can go for it. But don't fall in the trap.

Salary hike good,HR Team good. Bonus & gift at festivals. Good food, good bus facility,clean work please. That's means HR side work good only. Good work bonus

Think before joining. Full day tension, stress,out time not fix. Toxic work place Company culture zero at ground level. work life balance zero as lala chhap company. pramotion depend upon letu /chatu person only.no volue of talent. Plant manager: lala chhap & don't have talking sence.

Hike depending on previous salary. Travel reimbursements in form of TA/DA satisfactory Incentives eligible on 70% achievement of monthly targets

Immense sales pressure that will take a toll on your personal life In addition to monthly and yearly targets, there is sales closing on every Thursday to add to your woes Absolutely no room for thinking outside the box as you will be on your toes to achieve daily committed target regardless of whether you have achieved your monthly targets Too much micromanagement with consistent and daily video conferences that will grill you regardless of your performance Too much attrition which company does not care as new scapegoats will arrive attracted to the compensation Do not expect any help from any department or person in the company unless its part of their KRA , you are left to fend for yourself from day 1 as you struggle with paperwork and documentation, company laptop, attendance portal, dealer visit marking portal etc On top of all this its 6 day working with only a Sunday for you to find time for your personal life, that too forget it if month end is near
