Micro manage No productive No salary on time Deducte salary even if out for minute. You are not allowed to handle and optimize anything like in meta ads I was not allowed to manage campaign accordingly you can only suggest them

No understanding to new joiners and full timers , even for emergency situation , you have to come to office at any cost , no leaves are given and rules change in an instant for a candidate as one who is at work from home after approval gets called to come as expected or gets kicked off instantly.
