The company culture is good, great managers, good perks and benefits are offered, and the leave structure and leave categories are really good. The HR team is great, cooperative and listens to us.

There is rigidity from certain teams, if that rigidity is removed, it would be an awesome place to work. A little concerned about the stability of the company in the current times, but once things pick up, it would be much better place to work.

- Operationally, managers have a certain level of autonomy. Teams collaborate and pick their own objectives, which is a good thing. - You get to wear multiple hats, which can be valuable at an early stage in your career. - Work hours are flexible. The focus is more on getting your work done and there isn't a lot of policing of when you login etc.

- Sales more or less runs the company while product and marketing play second fiddle. Over time, this has resulted in a barely differentiated B2B product in a crowded marketplace. - The company doesn't seem to have a strong vision - the product and engineering resources are radically focussed on selling assessments, when it's not being adopted well enough. Meanwhile, the product that is actually unique and powerful, hackathons and community platforms, don't receive any attention. Over time, this has resulted in being neither here nor there. - There is a major gulf in communication between the staff team and middle management. Decisions are taken seemingly unilaterally, while the company raves about it's transparent 'culture'.

One thing which I didn't like about the company was that there was no job security so I joined as a intern and then my internship got extended because of my good performance but I didn't get converted as a full-time employee.
