A strategic business approach allowed us to contribute and enjoy the essence of teamwork. Product innovation and product reengineering is the growth engine of the business . Speed and turnaround time was the business USP that I enjoyed the most.

Dislikes

Accountability at each stage use to sometimes delay the corrective actions resulting in to delayed shipment. Critical business details / product / process corrective actions were debated verbally rather than on mail, sometimes causing confusion at the implementation stage of the activity. Very high expectations made the job more demanding resulting in to late hours of working.
