...nagement is very bad. Partiality, no monetary growth. No values of employees. Salary comes on instalment. I give zero to boss and his wife is even more worst. They use to treat their employees as if we are the servant for them. I read the reviews still i joined the company and i regret for this decision. Not recommended to anyone, especially girls.

...d you will do the hardwork you will get hired immediately with next day joining. Owner negotiates on salary part. Most of interviews are taken by owner directly. Attendance is taken manually as well as using biometric. you have to complete 9 hours of work or 4.5 hours for half day. Lot of projects are there to work on.

parking issues electricity issues.. sometimes computer restarts and all work is wasted. Server issue sometimes. I had to write same program again because files from server were deleted because of virus Lot of projects are there and not too many people to manage so everything is always mix up. Company needs to get project management software immediately. Some things are still done old ways.

I joined to learn a lot based on my senior recommendation. I joined as a fresher for less salary as an intern but learned a lot Work is assigned and results has to be provided same day. Layback attitude is not tolerated. I did my hard work and was always appreciated. Initially it was hard to work in such strict deadline oriented projects but I realized the knowledge I was getting and different domains I was working in. Before Covid they had 80 staff members. After Covid 40 people were working from office and remaining I think remote. I did liked working with CEO directly. I joined as intern and in 1 month got the increment based on my performance.

Dislikes

Lot of times I was leaving office late at 9:30 pm. Initially it was hard to finish work as expected by CEO. Payment was less as compared to industry standards.

Good team..new projects..new technologies...helpful team members. good opportunity to learn

Nepotism old devices some employyes salary gets doubled in months..some employees has to struggle to get raise. All decisions are by owner based on performance. Sometimes decisions are 100% correct sometimes they are biased.

...rtise. I worked honestly and never had problems with owner or senior management. If you are working properly owner increases salary trying to retain for more months. My salary was doubled in 5 months and i was promoted from digital marketing to CRM position.

Traffic going to office. Devices are old Parking issues.
