I've had a disappointing experience with this company due to consistently delayed salary payments, minimal increments, and a lack of additional benefits. The financial instability caused by late payments has been stressful, and the lack of meaningful salary increases and benefits makes it hard to feel valued as an employee. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable and fair compensation.

Employees can go many places to go

Dislikes

They do not pay salary every month. Creates false pressure, women get 'special' benefit. Even after leaving the organisation they do not want to pay due salary even after 1 year.
