...d between running a college or being a social media influencer. No Job security. The salary date is usually the 22nd of the month, but it gets delayed most of the time. No promotions. They fire employees without any valid reason and any notice period (their usual pattern), I've worked there for 1.5 years, and seen many people go like this. Pathetic Infrastructure. Poisonous snakes roam around the campus (but that you can live with..not the management though).

I was a student of my college and after my placement i went to Delhi for few years. But due to some personal issues i came back to Kashipur. And i joined my college as an assistant professor. I realized that i have got a perfect organization where i can maintain healthy lifestyle. I have re-gained my confidence as a working professional .I get a lot of freedom when it comes to teaching. I have got multiple promotions based on my performance. There are times when there is a pressure of work but i do get a lot of time in between classes to finish my work. My overall experience is going very well .If you like your space and doesn't want to invlove in any kind of office politics then Gyanarthi is the best organization to work.

The personal growth is good.The company policies are good and very transparent. The appraisals are very good and the percentage of the appraisals are excellent. The teammates are very helpful.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the old employees play a major role in that especially the senior faculty. The management should look into this matter as it is costing them good employees. I quit my job because of the politics. Few of them are very insecure and play a major role.

Team members are good but not management i regret why i work with them you never know when they will kick you out

Their is no time limit of working hours nd not a supportive management they abuse with their employees
