Harassing junior employees as centre level. Taking immediate action without any investigation. Identifying an employee by looking at his face.

Spending millions bucks on getting kareena onboard to build brand image and ensuring ROI of campgain by asking employees to quit (instead of serving termination letter) when proper metrics aren't reached. Less employees and structure so more visibility .

Dislikes

No work life balance Low pay structure Exploitative culture and practices - tries to maximize costs by getting new trainees onboard . Then asks senior employees to groom them and when the trainees are sufficiently groomed,they ask the senior manager to resign in certain departments. Shrewd move ensuring they pay less and get more work done by new trainees. Incompetent and insecure toxic managers,dumping all work on new joinees yet criticizing and even making unwanted personal comments

... is there, work life balance is same as the company policies "a myth", strict 8.5 hours one has to work and if late by even 1 second 1/2 day salary cut.

Good work environment and culture .teammates are supportive and the management is trans parent. Company policies are good appraisal are fairand they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issue.Salary is decent but career grouth is slow
