... join this company worst company I came across me myself is looking for a job... It been 2 years there are no promotion, no bonus for any one.. only cost cutting...... Serious note I request all not to join this company.. aage u gus wish..

... - GXO spin. The organisation and its values is something one would really like. The pay is decent.

Dislikes

Very poor leadership by the senior leaders. They talk about transparency but if you highlight an issue it takes months for a resolution. They would not even care if the employee's health gets impacted. The HR leadership at the APAC level is horrible. The leadership lacks gratitude especially towards those employees who genuinely worked during the spin off. Very biased, a pathetic culture. Had a dreadful experience working in the last one year. The HR leadership will insult you in front of everyone.

... everyday) how can I sack him out and prove how much I am capable to management. I don't know how he want to prove to GXO leaders about his COST CUTTING FUNDA, sacking out key performance player and wanna take promotion, feels like someone in past done wrong with him and he want to take revenge. You will be noticed if you earn high in your team and mind it this new senior HR Manager will against you to kick you out. Will be behind you for any silly mistake. Nothing wrong with company. Stakeholders and policy is good. Job security is good until unless you are not in HR senior manager radar for silly mistake.

If you’re not at architect or above level you won’t get sudden calls from L1 L2 ..etc or so your work life balance is managed. Good team members and supportive leaders. Very less presence in India though but high chances for expansion. Laid back culture 😃

Dislikes

IT teams are not valued because higher management gives less priority to IT dev over business dev. This puts halt on growth and skill development in longer run. Hikes and role advancements are myths. Basically your supervisor should leave so that you can get to that position 😂.

The work culture is good and so are the facilities provided. You get 1 meal provided by the company.

Your work depends on your Assistant Manager. I was overworked. I had raised the issue for a couple of months as other people on my team were free. However no solutions were made.
