working environment is good,senior level officers will tell the how the improve skills & they will approach some training classes for junior level.

Dislikes

but salary payments are not promptly coming ,present so much duration like 4 to 5 months back log going on

All are suffering for the payments, staffs are ready to work with total effort but funding/ Vendors payments are the barrier, A Big/Good Co. Have suffering for the funding problem due to Change the strategy of Indian Bankers,

Dislikes

Mainly due to failure of commitment always,communication gap, can't keep the work program result is regularly stand as a a sorry figure at the Clients Review meeting, salary problem etc.

Nothing, I didn't like anything about this company.

The management of this company was worst as I didn't get my salary of 8 months yet, not only me but all the entire staff from this project. As per as the facility is concern they didn't provide proper facility to there employee, As per my opinion I have not seen this type of poor management or facility in any company.

There is team leader, vice president etc. Executive person is very nice..

Dislikes

Fooding and accommodation is very bad and there is huge politics salaries are too late about 5month 6 month not getting available machinery's and materials for fast work no overtime etc..

The company adopts latest technology in works.

Dislikes

At all time work pressure is very high and we could not get equivalent remuneration and promotions from the organisation even after a lapse of 5 years and above.
