Salary on time and sub ordinates are supportive.

Dislikes

Upper management is very poor and they need flattery people other than working one. Job security is not there and there is no company policy for increments,promotion etc.

Likes

Work life balance, Open freedom for work, Company treats the employee as a asset. Tension free life, well versed system and well maintained organisation.

Dislikes

Leave policy is little undefined. Proper hierarchy of post not maintained. Training and development department not established properly.

Likes

There is very much job security, seniors and colleagues of the department are very helpful.

Dislikes

Food provided in the mess needs to be improved, there is no cafeteria, gym must be provided. Vehicle must be provided for employees to visit Amritsar or Jalandhar atleast once every month

Likes

The company is very good and company's policy is also excellent. Working in gvk for five years my experience is very good. I wish to god to get a chance to work in GVK again in future.

Dislikes

One thing that I did not like is that the staff of gvk company's upper level is not honest there work and is a thief, due to which the company's project went into loss and took the company back. And even after 5 years of honesty and hard work in gvk company job is not secure.

The company is good performance in Punjab and all over international level I hope next year record in Punjab electricity produced My company simar infrastructure ltd my post in technician job in field and department control and instrumentation
