After joining of TVSK reddy sir it was working good, he was tried to give more better environment to employees. was happy to serve needy people, got promotion just because of him.

...da pde likhe insan ko Gyan deta hai..or timing ka system bahut kharab hai 12 hr. Ki job or salary dete hai bahut kam...all over I have bad experience in GVK.

It is a really nice company to work for if you are more interested in having a more stable and smooth work-life than a work-life where you are working 9-5 under intense pressure. The company offers very high job security, exquisitely balanced work culture, frequent self-development opportunities, and some extra perks like great air-conditioned and well-furnished quarters to live in. The management is helpful as well. You'll love the location of the plant as it's a very natural and peaceful place.

...y with a great package then you will love it as you have a great salary already. But if you join the company at a very low designation like GET or Engineer, Sr Engineer, with a low salary package, you will enjoy work-life but you will regret your salary staying the same. It is highly advised that you join the plant with a decent salary package or with a great designation in your hand,

Gvk having good environment for work. I like his hr department , who thinks about the employer. They always motivate the people about his skill.

I dislike his salary timing schedule. They do not pay the salary on time.
