1. No appraisal in 4 Years 2. After 4 Years appraisal done wherein In hand salary decreased because GVK EMRI increased the incentive part. Which is not a good sign for an employee. It shows decrease in salary instead of increment.

...ity, you will always get the threat of being terminated for every single day. Salary has no proper timing 24 hrs you have to attend calls. Overall a bad comapny to work for each and single employee is just streching his her job any how till they get the new one.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Job security is good in this company but job satisfaction not so much better . Management are transparent but in form of appraisal they are not so much better.

There is lot of politics involve in management . Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It is not a Company, it is "University" you can learn as much as you Can. Great to work in GVK EMRI. Many Milestones i have crossed in my Job. With the support of Superiors in this organization.

Only the Salary revision is slow based on projects.
