Flattery is the only way to exist in GVK EMRI. Not allowed to speak for wrong. Always ready to cut salary in some or other way. Hidden policies which will be disclosed only when you have to be punished. Few people get 2-3 promotions in a year and few do not get any promotion through years.

Overall it is ok to work in this only if you don't find any other job.Most of the people here in this company are seniors who are there from very beginning of the company. And others are staying with for long time.

Dislikes

Salary is low compare to the market. They give you good position but pay will be less. And it is slow process here, whatever you want to do, have to take multiple approvals and it takes weeks work to be done

It's an honourable job and I love doing it. I can learn new things and develop my skills.

In today's world the salary we are getting is very less in comparison to the sweat put in for the smooth and successful implementation of the project.

1. No appraisal in 4 Years 2. After 4 Years appraisal done wherein In hand salary decreased because GVK EMRI increased the incentive part. Which is not a good sign for an employee. It shows decrease in salary instead of increment.

...ity, you will always get the threat of being terminated for every single day. Salary has no proper timing 24 hrs you have to attend calls. Overall a bad comapny to work for each and single employee is just streching his her job any how till they get the new one.
