Overall it is ok to work in this only if you don't find any other job.Most of the people here in this company are seniors who are there from very beginning of the company. And others are staying with for long time.

Dislikes

Salary is low compare to the market. They give you good position but pay will be less. And it is slow process here, whatever you want to do, have to take multiple approvals and it takes weeks work to be done

1. No appraisal in 4 Years 2. After 4 Years appraisal done wherein In hand salary decreased because GVK EMRI increased the incentive part. Which is not a good sign for an employee. It shows decrease in salary instead of increment.

...ity, you will always get the threat of being terminated for every single day. Salary has no proper timing 24 hrs you have to attend calls. Overall a bad comapny to work for each and single employee is just streching his her job any how till they get the new one.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Job security is good in this company but job satisfaction not so much better . Management are transparent but in form of appraisal they are not so much better.

There is lot of politics involve in management . Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
