Overall it is ok to work in this only if you don't find any other job.Most of the people here in this company are seniors who are there from very beginning of the company. And others are staying with for long time.

Dislikes

Salary is low compare to the market. They give you good position but pay will be less. And it is slow process here, whatever you want to do, have to take multiple approvals and it takes weeks work to be done

Good work life all major festival off and second and fourth saturday off. So i like these most. No work load. Best shift time 9 to 6. Best Job security.

Dislikes

...to grow your self. Not having telent recognition skill in hr and management. Salary is not good enough and also not a fix time to credit in acount. Some time it took more then a month. Hr not provide profile to candidate on time of joining. No gift & sweet on diwali also. Politics in office. No softskill training. No one assist to learn new things. Very bad experience there.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes

...ly harassment of employee during meetings. Poor HR policy, no work life balance. PLI in monthly salary to threaten employee of forceful deduction. First month just half salary as PLI part is not available at first month.

...ewtown, Kolkata. I worked there as a ERO. My GID No. is RO200629MouliS. On 3.09.2023 submitted my resign letter and complete my notice period but they didn't provide any resign documents to me and also salary due. After 6 months i visit my office to talk to the finance office of this off but he refuse to meet.Then a security guard came and take my gid no. but they didn't take any action about this. I completed my resign period on 5.10.2023 and now it's june 25.06.2024, it almost 8 months but didn't give us salary and also they didn't put the exit date that's why i faced an issue in PF. In my PF account still now showing me as employee of this company.
