Overall it is ok to work in this only if you don't find any other job.Most of the people here in this company are seniors who are there from very beginning of the company. And others are staying with for long time.

Salary is low compare to the market. They give you good position but pay will be less. And it is slow process here, whatever you want to do, have to take multiple approvals and it takes weeks work to be done

It's an honourable job and I love doing it. I can learn new things and develop my skills.

In today's world the salary we are getting is very less in comparison to the sweat put in for the smooth and successful implementation of the project.

Job security is good in this company but job satisfaction not so much better . Management are transparent but in form of appraisal they are not so much better.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Job security is not avilable in company. Company does not give sufficient salary for graduate employees . Company takes work 24 hour per employee.
