Fake interview they will conduct they will waste our time they have finalized me and emailed me salary package details and finally said that waiting for signature on appointment letter by their head...

Waste of money to travel Hyderabad from Vijayawada they asked my previous salary details and they said that to come for interview and mailed me a confirmation that I was selected and later they said my previous salary is high .. If my previous salary is high I have negotiated for them ,if they don't have ability to pay that much salary why you people have wasted my time and money expenses Rs:4000/- Gvk please don't play tricks n games with people who comes for interview... Friends don't waste your time with these guys...

Overall it is ok to work in this only if you don't find any other job.Most of the people here in this company are seniors who are there from very beginning of the company. And others are staying with for long time.

Dislikes

Salary is low compare to the market. They give you good position but pay will be less. And it is slow process here, whatever you want to do, have to take multiple approvals and it takes weeks work to be done

1. No appraisal in 4 Years 2. After 4 Years appraisal done wherein In hand salary decreased because GVK EMRI increased the incentive part. Which is not a good sign for an employee. It shows decrease in salary instead of increment.
