a system engineer

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

The Company is Very good company is great company and will provide good services to clients and also work life is fully balanced if you complete course fully and successfully and they are providing good refreshments and breaks in between and also provide good number of leaves and very cultured.

One thing is very small office and infrastructure is good i suggest to extend the office with some more space in front and make large.
