12 hrs a day work. (No WLb) No leaves except sunday, not even festival holidays/ govt holidays) Mgrs ask you to work. Managers are terrible. If you argue with them. They will make ur life terrible and fire u. Toxic management for sales team, no proper structure Office politics is damn high New policies will be implemented by managers itself, we are the scape goats If you are only behind money join here.

...UVI is substantially low. Don't expect growth in career, totally unprofessional. They will not give experience certificate if you don't pay Rs 50000 and you also need to serve 30 days notice.

GUVI hold's a special place in my career journey. At the outset i had concern's about the culture, fitting in ,and being valued as a newcomer. However GUVI surpassed my expectations in more ways than one. I have always felt encouraged to voice me opinions , share ideas, and contribute to meaningful projects. Overall i am grateful for the opportunities and experiences that GUVI has provided me with and i look forward to continuing to be a part of this inspiring journey

Having been with GUVI for about a year and a half, I'm impressed by their commitment to remote work amidst a trend of corporations recalling employees to offices. The organization's work culture and learning opportunities have been enriching for me. I appreciate the flexibility to work from anywhere with reliable WiFi. GUVI offers an excellent environment to kickstart one's career and progress within the company.

GUVI has played a great role in shaping my career and paved a great way for it. It has stood by me throughout the various phases of my life, as a bachelor, as a wife and as a mother. It's given me the greatest support in all these phases and in all the ways, both in my career and financially. The work culture and flexibility in GUVI has always kept it's employees at the best phase of their work life and growth. I have grown along with GUVI and it has given me the best Mentors. The variety of opportunities, scope and space to explore and share our thoughts are truly the great values of GUVI. We have a great teams in it and supporting eachother for GUVI's betterment and growth. The appraisals are promptly provided and highly inline with the employee's expectations. The opportunity to speak our mind out to the top management and the growth opportunities for Freshers are the another set of great values at GUVI. Gratitude is the only word I would think of as the synonym for GUVI.
