Gus is life-life balance company because there is no work. Planing a baby ,marriage or health issues join GUS. Utilise 365 days sick leave policy.

Dislikes

...bpo sales, no learning no upskilling. Even if you are promoted to manager or sr. Manager or director you won’t get appraisal so forgot salary enjoy designation but no work or learning as per designation. They did layoff for nearly 45 people and misbehave with people on their last day even after these people gave good business, pathetic., Don’t waste your time here until unless you are sick planing baby or getting married to enjoy honeymoon period. Very unstructured organisation

Nothing is good about this company, fraud people running their monopoly with no basic culture and environment for an employee to grow

Everything apart from timely salary..I mean only salary, forget about the incentive and don't dare to even ask for your hard earned incentive here, you'll be counted in bad book of the so called management

Salary on time, HR policy (except few) and procurement team.

Peoples having rank above Manager are not good. They share confidential things with each other and do bad with their juniors. I am one of victim of them.

The only benefit is the hybrid working culture but the company expect to work on week off as well . Especially for the process of UPES and edvancer

Dislikes

The work environment is unhealthy and toxic . Zero percent job security and skill and knowledge is not all all appreciated. Not suitable skilled and experienced candidates.
