Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Good projects with opportunity to be creative

Dislikes

The management has no mission at all. They do not pay the employees. I left the job and have been following up for 6 months but nobody replies. My money is stuck and they have no intention of paying. This is their continued approach. No growth at all. Management should either shut down operations or revamp and pay people their dues.

All the employees working there are supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

Do not like the place at all. They forced me to resign from the job. There is a big issue regarding salary, wont give it on time its been 4 months i have been resigned from the job still my salary for month of may and june is still pending. Its the worst part of the company that we need to beg for our salary for every month.
