...xperienced in a practical way.this experience does lots of matter for my carrer.as i am fresher salary is averaging.becausr of small scale industry i have been learning so many things that means from ground level work to planning and management i have experienced.work culture,responsibilities and handling pressure are the main keys that i have ever experienced.

I have to work 12 to 16 hours even if my official time is over.moreover overtime is not considered for the payment.work pressure is very high.as a new member meeting with senior is compulsory

yes,I would like to work in gurukrupa engg works and I got lot of knowledge about inspection also documentation.I would like there system also every instrument are available in quality dept.
