...g and fully dedicated about student academic and extra-curricular development. Salary is paid on-time to all faculties. 6 days a week work week but management considerate about taking pre-informed leaves.

Institute is lagging behind IITs and NITs.

Easy and Friendly working environment, on-time salary(first day of month, in case it's a holiday: salary is credited on the last day of previous month), wide scope of learning.

Dislikes

Lower grade of infrastructure in some specific fields, toilet and drinking water facilities should be good.

The institution have very qualified lecturer staff and all of them are very supportive.The higher faculty is also very helpful and cooperative with their staff members.Many workshops and seminars have taken by the institution for staff as well as students which built their confidence and knowledge.Bus facility ,Canteen facility is there.Healthy working environment is there so that staff will be comfortable.

Dislikes

Rather working environment is very good but there is salary issue.Salary wasn't regular.We have to work in holidays also.Other than teaching they wants us to do administrative work which is not our job.

Hardly any. Nothing worth mentioning.

Dislikes

Work-life balance?!Now what is that? Teaching is their least priority. They are a money-minting organisation. They want to only harass the faculty members and they prioritise ONLY research. Your appraisal of only ₹500 per year is dependent solely on how many publications you have per year, that too in SCI journals.
