This year (2022-23), 4 PhD scholars, one from Psychology and three from botenical environment science department, were denied to submit their PhD. And their PhD were cancelled due to deadline. The three PhD alone belongs to DrBhatti in EVS department. Although Jammu University and JNU gave an Additional timeline to complete the PhD to their students, but GNDU didn't give it as these four PhD students were of out of state. The Vice chancellor is racist. So the other professors as well. In department of physics, one professor keeps his PhD students like servent and they have no personal life. If the student is male then he has to stay at professors house. One old student of this Prof was incompetent, so professor wrote his PhD thesis and in reward he served him for 6-7 years as domestic servent. In psychology department, a student named Tiwari left his first full-time job to help his Professor in construction and renovation of her house, but this greedy professor didn't let him submit his thesis. Two students of Prof kohle were suspended when he was subjected to be under for a SIT enquiry. The university could atleast Transfer them to some other professors. The professors are corrupt. The university is full of drugs. A lot of the outsiders comes and in evening the university is just a dating spot.
