our Head,management,operators,other employees are so good. they always make me comfortable and motivated whenever i feel low, the work environment is good. for a GET this company is can provide you great knowledge and experienced which u can carry forward in your future.

Dislikes

sometimes rules and regulation are not carried out properly. sometimes we need to wait for several minutes for an instrument to test the quality of the part because there are limited amount of instruments for 1 shop/line.

Likes

After working 3 years, all i can say that operators are helpful then seniors supervisors and managers in skill development.

Dislikes

Things such as job security and work load is too much to bear. Also promotion scenario not favourable because in every department politics is there.

Likes

Not much Mental Pressure. Employees woking in this company for 10 years, 20 years. So you can plan for long term. Company is providing its services to big brands like Ford, Volvo, Toyota, AAM, Dana, Tata, Maruti, Eicher, etc.

Dislikes

Dirty Politics by Top Management and they will decide what to do and HR Department is also ruled by them. Less holidays and also you will have to work on weekly off.

Company is very good but top management is only interested in Dirty politics. Owners of the Company are like GOD but other than Owners all are mentally Sick and only interested to prove every body wrong.

Dislikes

I have worked in many companies but this company taught me about the level of DIRTY POLITICS. Company is very good and i was feeling very proud to be a part of this company but few People have created very unhygenic working culture and if somebody does good work they started feeling insecurity of their job and all the time they are interested in fault finding. Unless such people are there don't think about to join this Company.

Few People from Top Management do not like improvements. They believe in Create the crises Resolve the crises and TAKE CREDIT. Top management people like Buttering and person who do not please them they treat that person like their biggest enemy.
