Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They will encourage you to take on novel and difficult possibilities while allowing you to learn.

Dislikes

Salary you will get very late. The salary date is fixed but time is not fixed. It may credit to your account at evening or at night after 10pm. They also will give you lots of work in a day and expect you to finish in a day no flexible timing and holiday list in the company. Nothing clearly in mentioned in the company offer letter no HR to ask your queries or doubt. They say Saturday will be a half day but they will make you work till the full work day in the evening. Their project management is very, very week.
