Everything Management 2-3 month let salary . All employees of Gupta power not get their Salary From June 2023 to till date (sep2023) also they not credited pf amount. 4 month expenses pending Gupta power is in serious troubles Please don't join gupt power Please do enquiry about company before joining

Worst Management, Humiliating the employee, salary delay almost for 2 months since 2019, Director literally humiliating the employees, Management is not capable to pay the salary. Worst organization is Bbsr. Director is using inappropriate words to employee working there.. it's better to join somewhere else rather then choosing GPIL.

...east concerned. Fuel expenses is very less that too delayed for indefinite time. No site fund but have to manage from salary. Salary is given when ever they feel like. Politics is at its heights.

...'t have proper communication skills. He used "Bida Karo" instead of terminate. Don't give salary on time. Don't except a salary hike here. Management is very bad.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
