There is no training and development program's, late salary upto 2.5 month's overdue, dirty politics to avoid lay offs as the organisation is closing down unit's after unit's or being sealed by bank's due to high debts, no appraisal or travel.

I am working in Gupta Exim in last १२ year company is good but as per our future is not good bcz no any PF facility no apparesel timely and salary not given by company timely that's it

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality product and has a global Clint base. Another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultures background and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

Gupta Exim is very Dynamic and Professional Organisation will soon be one of good companies known in India, a special meditation of 15 minutes each day energises the employee for the whole day.
